Our approach

Security is an engineering discipline at CloudCoder, not a checklist. Because we run the platforms we build, we design for scrutiny — least privilege, defence in depth, and accountability by default.

Data protection

• Encryption in transit and at rest across our services.
• Tenant isolation for multi-tenant platforms.
• Offline-capable, edge-first deployments where the environment demands it.

Access & operations

• Role-based access control and audited administrative actions.
• Monitoring, alerting and patching as part of ongoing operation.
• Backups and recovery procedures for the systems we operate.

If you believe you've found a security issue, please email info@cloud-coder.com with details. We'll acknowledge and work with you to resolve it. Please do not publicly disclose until we've had a chance to respond.
